Cylinder Head Porting, Antique and Hi-Performance American Motorcycles

 

POWER PORT PLUS on TWIN CAM This is our top of the line porting job on OEM Harley heads.  It will outperform nearly all “hi performance” heads on the market today, but with a sleeper look.  This port work is capable of providing over 130 rear wheel horsepower in a 95 inch motor.  Includes installation of hi flow 2” intake,  and 1.565” exhaust valves, as well as state of the art .660 lift beehive valve springs. The heads are CNC ported to our proprietary shape and then hand finished to a 50 grit surface on the intake ports and a 120 grit on the exhaust.  Combustion chambers are fully polished.  Intakes get a 5 angle seat for good wet flow characteristics, and a radius exhaust seat for maximum scavenging.  Larger diameter intake port requires use of throttle body with oversize runners or S&S manifold.   $1199

 TORQUE PORT on TWIN CAM  Though this porting job was originally designed to work with bolt-in cams, it has proven to provide enough flow for all but the highest horsepower applications.  Nearly always results in 100+hp/100+ftlbs, with some combos topping 120. Includes installation of oversize hi flow 1.900” intake valves and state of the art beehive springs to match your cam. Utilizes stock exhaust valves to keep cost down.  Full porting with intake runners finished to 50 grit and exhaust runners to 120 grit.  Combustion chambers remain untouched with the exception of unshrouding of the valves.  Intakes get a 5 angle seat for good wet flow characteristics, and a radius exhaust seat for maximum scavenging. Includes blueprinting of intake port opening. $799
