Cylinder Head Porting, Antique and Hi-Performance American Motorcycles

POWER PORT PLUS on S&S SHOVEL  Includes installation of larger 2.0 inch thin stem intake valves.  Intake port runner diameter is increased from 1.565” to 1.675”.  Ported and matched intake manifold for Super E or Super G included.  Full porting with intake runners finished to 50 grit and exhaust runners to 120 grit.  Combustion chambers are fully polished.  Intakes get a 5 angle seat for good wet flow characteristics, and a radius exhaust seat for maximum scavenging.
